Ever need a nice chocolate-y treat but you hold back because you’re trying to be healthy? Well, no need for that anymore! With this chocolate chia pudding, you can have your chocolate and eat it too 😉😁.
You only need 5 ingredients for this recipe, and it takes just a little forethought and about 5 minutes of prep. This pudding is packed with chocolate, omega 3s, fiber, and it’s sugar and dairy free. I’m trying to stay away from most sugar and dairy these days in order to treat my PCOS, so this recipe has helped me enormously with my sweet treat cravings. I hope you’ll give it a try!
I’ve been bitten by the recipe video bug (recipe videos on Facebook draw me in all the time. I have to watch them all 😁), so I made one for you guys. It’s my first ever video, so it’s a little rough, but hopefully it shows you how easy this recipe is.
Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 Tbs cocoa powder (I REALLY love the one from Trader Joe’s)
- Pinch of himalayan pink salt
- Stevia to taste (or whatever sweetener you use)
- 1 C nut milk of your choice (I like almond or coconut)
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a mason jar (I use a half pint, but I’ve used pints too). Shake well to mix everything (sorry, I forgot to add this to the video). Refrigerate for 4-8 hours (I like to do mine overnight). Enjoy!
If you would like to make this pudding, I’d love it if you liked my video on Youtube and/or shared it! Let me know how yours turns out!
I had this for breakfast today, made with coconut milk. Oh so so good! Thanks for sharing!

Aww, I’m so glad you liked it! I’ve made it with coconut milk before and I like it that way too.
